With goals from Spyrakos and Koutsias, the Youth National Team achieved a great victory 2-0 in Nyon against the group organizer Switzerland, in their first game for the qualifying phase of the EURO K19 and was placed at the head of the 1st group, together with the Czech Republic.

Nikos Spyrakos made it 1-0 for Greece with an assist from Lambros Smyrlis in the 21st minute. Shortly after the goal he scored, in the 27th minute, the National Team had a crossbar with its captain Nikos Christou. The Swiss tried to equalize but the Greek team controlled the pace and reached a big victory. In the 84th minute, after Gouma’s assist, Greece reached 2-0 and the culmination of the victory with the goal of Giorgos Koutsias!
